Hi! My name is April, and I am a content creator, an Author, a podcast creator, a wife, stepmom, full time worker bee and an overweight vegetarian! Welcome to Nottadiet! Here, I am going to share with you my journey of weight gain, weight loss and back again. I will warn you…I tend to swear like a sailor when I am drinking and I do encourage a beer, or wine if you prefer, during our LIVE interactions.
I am forty-two years young and I have been married for over half of those years to a man who hates false eyelashes. He is also a podcast producer over at WEadventureNW. He is not an overweight vegetarian…he rides dirt bikes and stays in great shape. I joke with him and remind him often that he married an indoor pet!! I am not one to enjoy the adrenaline fueled life that he does, and really, it only adds to our relationship.
So, what can you expect from this Nottadiet experience? Well, a lot of rambling. A lot of Netflix documentary recommendations. A TON OF GRATITUDE! And hopefully, along the way, you discover things about yourself that you never knew. Just to let you know, I am not Doctor…I have never stayed in a Holiday Inn Express and while my opinions on wellness and food are researched, I do HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to research as well. If I have learned anything, it is: You Must Believe In Your Truth.
